We want you and your pup to love every Snoutbound product. If something isn't right, we'll fix it — simple as that.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order never arrived

How to request a refund

Email us at fgutierrez135@gmail.com with your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours and resolve most cases with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Returns

In many cases we won't ask you to ship the item back — we'll simply send a replacement or refund you. If a return is needed, we'll provide instructions by email. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Ordered the wrong color or size? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
